Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about our watches, shipping and warranty.
Are your watches serviced?
Yes. Every watch is serviced by a reputable watchmaker before it goes online, then tested and regulated to within 20 seconds a day in all test positions.
Is there a warranty?
Every watch comes with a one-year warranty on timekeeping and function.
Can I wear a vintage watch in water?
We advise against it. Most of our watches are 30 years or older, and water resistance is not covered by the warranty.
How accurate is a vintage watch?
Very accurate for its age. Every watch is tested on a timegrapher and regulated to within 20 seconds a day in all test positions before it goes online. Ask us for the measurement of a specific watch.
When do new watches arrive?
We drop a new selection every Friday at 18:00 CET. Sign up to get an email when the next one goes live.
How fast and how much is shipping?
Free within the EU, €30 outside the EU, always insured. We dispatch within 2 days after payment. Belgium: next day. Europe: 3–5 days. Rest of the world: 7–10 days.
Can I return a watch?
Yes, within 14 days after you receive it. Return shipping is for the buyer, and we refund you within 14 days after the watch is back with us.
How can I pay?
Bancontact, Apple Pay, card, iDEAL or PayPal. A bank transfer is also possible: get in touch and we will send you an invoice.
What comes with the watch?
Every watch is delivered in a watch box with a service pouch and a warranty card for your 1-year warranty. If a watch comes with its original box or papers, we mention it in the listing.
Can I choose a different strap or bracelet?
Of course. Most watches can be fitted with another strap or bracelet, from leather and suede to NATO, mesh or a period-correct steel bracelet. Let us know what you have in mind when you order, or send us a message beforehand, and we will suggest options that suit the watch.
Can I get more photos or a wrist shot?
Of course. Send us a message on WhatsApp or by email and mention the watch.
