Zeer tevreden over de aankoop én de service! Het contact verliep vanaf het begin erg prettig. Via Instagram werd snel gereageerd, waardoor communiceren makkelijk en laagdrempelig was.

Bij levering bleek er helaas een klein probleem te zijn: het kroontje zat vast, waardoor de tijd en datum niet versteld konden worden. Na contact opgenomen te hebben, werd er direct meegedacht en hebben we nog een paar dingen geprobeerd. Toen dat niet hielp, kon ik het horloge terugsturen.

Tot mijn verrassing had ik het horloge binnen no time weer terug, volledig in orde gemaakt. Dat noem ik nog eens service! De manier waarop dit is opgelost verdient een groot compliment.

Got a beautiful 18k yellow gold seamaster from them, amazing watch. Was exactly as described. Detlef was great to work with and accommodating. Will keep an eye on future watches from his business. Watch works great! Would recommend Detlef to anyone, good price as well.
